The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

The sheets felt rough like sandpaper and the bar downstairs was very noisy, even on the higher floors. I was disappointed that only shampoo was provided as toiletries and the towels weren't changed.

This place is amazing! The staff, especially the girl at check-in, was so helpful and gave great recommendations for our 2-day trip. They even booked Vatican and Colosseo tickets for us. The rooms are modern and well-designed, and the location is perfect for exploring on foot. Plus, there's a fantastic tortellini restaurant nearby that you have to try. Truly a great experience!
